For your convenience, we offer a variety of shipping options. From the date of dispatch, domestic shipping typically takes 3-8 business days. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on shipping method, destination, and external factors like weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or text notification with a consignment number. You can track your order by signing into your account and visiting the "Profile" section. 


Our team must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your order if it is lost or damaged. Prior to confirming your order, the shipping charges are clearly displayed. This will allow you to review and understand the shipping costs associated with your purchase before finalizing the transaction. 

 

The Accuracy of the Address 
 During the checkout process, it is essential to provide an accurate shipping address in order to ensure a successful delivery. Due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the user, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or misdelivery. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you require changes to your shipping address after placing an order. However, once an order has been processed, it may not always be possible to make changes. This is because our team begins preparing the shipment for dispatch, which may hinder the modification of certain details. To avoid any potential complications, it is recommended that you double-check the accuracy of your shipping information before finalizing your order.  

 

Order Changes and Cancellations  
 Contact our support team with your order number and cancellation request via email or telephone if you wish to cancel your order. It is important to note that cancellations can only be made within 48 hours of purchase. Navigate to the 'Order' section of your account to initiate the cancellation process. The cancellation request can be submitted from there. It is important to note that we cannot cancel an item once it has been shipped. As soon as your order has been canceled, it will be carefully inspected by our team, and if approved, a refund will be issued to you in accordance with our Refund Policy.
